Working Principle of jaw crusher
Motor driven belt and pulley, through the eccentric shaft, to move up and down movement of the jaws to move bracket and jaw angle becomes larger, so as to promote dynamic between jaw jaw rises close to the fixed jaw plate, while the material is being squeezed, rubbing, grinding and other multiple broken; when the movable jaw down, elbow board and dynamic jaw angle is small, action under the rod moving jaw plate left, spring fixed jaw plate and crushed material from the crushing cavity outlet, with the motor moving jaw of continuous rotary crusher for crushing and discharging cycle, to realize batch production.
